$1000 - Corporate Membership (one vote per company)
1 voting member and 4 Associate (non-voting) members
Terms
Membership is for the period of one year.
Voting eligibility is based on annual membership fees paid, where each Company membership is eligible for one vote during elections.
Only member companies paying initial and annual requisite fees shall be voting members and eligible to vote and serve on the Board of Directors.
